Welcome to Immaculate Service Apartments. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking & Payment Policy

Reservation Guarantee: A booking is only considered “Confirmed” once the total invoice amount or the required deposit has been processed and verified through our integrated payment gateways.

Non-Refundable Rates: Unless otherwise stated in your specific booking tier, all payments made are non-refundable. In certain cases, management may, at its sole discretion, offer a “Stay Credit” for future use.

Identity Verification: To maintain our security standards, all guests must upload a valid government-issued ID via our secure dashboard prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
2. Guest Conduct & House Rules

Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for the reserved apartment category.

Prohibited Activities: We maintain a strict No Party Policy. Illegal substances, loud music, and disruptive behavior that interferes with the privacy of other residents will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. Please use designated outdoor areas.
3. Liability & Security

Personal Belongings: Immaculate Service Apartments is not liable for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items. Please utilize the provided in-room safes.

Utility Reliability: While we provide 24/7 Power and Water, we are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by municipal grid failures or scheduled maintenance beyond our control.

Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its furnishings during their stay. Charges will be billed to the card on file or deducted from the security deposit.
